Key tasks:
- Project planning and project follow-up: Project planning, management and coordination of both small and large automation projects
- PLC and HMI: Design, programming and operation
- Project and service work: Industry, Farming/ROV and Maritime systems
- Training: Supervision and development of our automation apprentices
- Customer follow-up and sales: Active sales and follow-up of both new and existing customers
Qualifications:
- Education: Vocational school engineer or Bachelor's degree in automation. Relevant experience may compensate for educational requirements.
- Experience: Practical experience in automation and project management.
- Solution oriented: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Leadership: Able to work independently, lead teams and delegate tasks.
- Accountable: Personal responsibility for achieving good results.
- Languages: Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
- Driver's license: Class B.
