Key tasks:
- Design of major industrial projects and high-voltage distribution
- Customer dialogue, customer contact and active development of the customer portfolio
- Implementation of projects, including:
- Prepare project plans, plan progress, resource requirements and cost estimates
- Production of working documents, procurement of materials and equipment
- Identify and manage project risks and challenges
- Coordinate and delegate internally and with other disciplines
- Report status
- Documentation
- Ensure delivery according to time, cost and quality requirements
- Develop good relationships internally and contribute to development, growth and well-being
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner og egenskaper:
- Education: Technical school engineer or Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience may compensate for educational requirements
- Experience: Projects, project tools, project management and project follow-up
- Solution-oriented: Ability to see solutions where others see problems
- Leadership: Able to work independently, lead teams and delegate tasks.
- Responsible: Personal responsibility for achieving good results.
- Language: Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
- Driving license: Class B
